This does NOT include a parts customer. The dealership as a whole is closing 20% of their up count, so it's not a far stretch. They keep incredible track of their ups, and have great lot control so I know this to be accurate. Every car that pulls in to their dealership is accounted for! They know who is driving it and the purpose for their visit.
