A little background on my career... I have been in the retail Automotive Industry for 24 years...since 1984. I started out as a Sales Consultant in the Los Angeles Market, then moved to Assistant Sales Manager/Closer, Director of Sales and finally Finance Director in 1989.

Two years later I developed a temporary F&I/General Agency where we provided contract F&I Services on an "as needed" basis to New Car Franchise Dealers. Our company diversified and we began marketing F&I Related/Aftermarket products to New Car Franchised Auto Dealers (i.e.: Automotive Service Contracts, GAP, Etch/Anti-Theft, Appearance Packages etc.) In addition we have provided F&I Training and Temporary Services across the Nation to New Car Franchises...

The temporary F&I Agency has now "evolved" into www.DealerClassified.com which provides Online Employment Advertising for Auto Dealers.

For the last 16 years we have served both small and large Auto Dealer groups including UAG, Sonic Automotive, and AutoNation. I am strictly involved with Automotive Recruiting and finding the right talent and positions for Dealers and Automotive professionals - If you haven't guessed already this is my passion! We cover everything from Retail Sales and Sales Management to Fixed Operations. (similar to a "CareerBuilder.com" or "Monster.com" but Automotive Industry specific.)
